Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
• Items must be in original condition (light use for testing is fine)
• We provide a prepaid return shipping label (US orders)
• International returns: customer covers return shipping

Refund Process

1. Email returns@pawlify.com with your order number
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back
4. Refund processed within 3-5 business days
5. Refund issued to original payment method
